Practice areas

I provide legal advice and legal representation services in the following areas of law. In addition to in-person consultations,
I am available through all communication channels offered by the online world for the convenience of my esteemed Clients.

Contract Law

We encounter contracts countless times in our everyday lives. I believe that a well-prepared contract best protects the Client's interests and minimizes risks, whether the other party in the legal relationship is an individual or a corporation. Whether it is drafting a contract or simply reviewing one, as an attorney, it is important to me that a document is not only legally sound but also clear and understandable.

My services include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation and drafting of contractual documents, non-disclosure and cooperation agreements

  • Handling contract disputes, both out-of-court and court representation

  • Modifying and terminating contracts

  • Drafting General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Real Estate Law

I provide comprehensive legal support to my clients in the field of real estate law, covering all aspects related to:

  • Property transactions (sale and purchase contracts both for sellers and buyers)

  • Gifts of property

  • Leases (both for tenants and landlords)

  • Development (e.g., construction, land subdivision)

  • Possession (e.g., unlawful occupation, possession protection)

  • Ownership rights (e.g., joint ownership, usufruct)

If you have any real estate law-related questions, feel free to contact me with confidence!

Corporate and Economic Law

I provide legal advice and representation in matters concerning businesses, associations, foundations, sole proprietors, and other legal entities (e.g., company formation, registration of changes).

In corporate law, a thorough understanding of economic law is particularly crucial in the dissolution of a company, whether through bankruptcy, liquidation, voluntary liquidation, or compulsory deletion proceedings. How creditors are treated and the conduct and responsibility of executives during a company's closure or termination are critical factors.

Economic law elements also play a key role in addressing insurance and compensation law issues. With my LL.M. degree in economic law, I offer personalized legal solutions in this field.

Traffic Law
Motor Vehicle Disputes

A really broad area of law, where I have gained experience during my legal practice. The foundation of many of my articles and interviews on traffic law topics stems from practical cases, including the following scenarios:

  • Faulty performance of used vehicles – warranty and guarantee deadlines, their scope

  • Fender-bender accidents and steps to take following an accident

  • Knowing when to refuse a police officer in a criminal or misdemeanour procedure – even after the incident

  • Basis and consequences of on-the-spot fines

  • The legal basis for uninsured vehicle charges

  • When will the insurance company declare a vehicle casse totale – is it mandatory to accept it?

  • Traffic points and reducing them, actions to take if your license is revoked

  • Driving disqualification – not just for road traffic offenses

  • Administrative offenses and misdemeanours – possible options when facing fines for baseless actions, detention, or imprisonment

Sometimes, a simple letter to the responsible party (the damage-causer, insurance company, seller or authority) is enough to resolve the legal matter. However, there are often more challenging paths to enforce one's rights. I also take on international cases, and you can confidently turn to me for assistance in criminal or misdemeanour proceedings outside of the cases mentioned above.

Labor Law

There are many misconceptions regarding the rights and obligations of employers and employees. Whether it is about establishing, maintaining, or modifying an employment relationship, or terminating it (ending the contract), it is crucial to have a clear understanding of the situation and consult briefly about the available options.

You can rely on me before making important decisions or signing agreements.

If the issue becomes more serious, I am also here to assist you, even in Labor law litigation!

Litigation

Do not be intimidated by legal proceedings. One thing is certain: with a well-prepared and conscientious attorney by your side who is experienced in the courtroom, you will face fewer complications during the process. I am a big fan of innovative, non-litigation procedures, such as alternative dispute resolution (e.g., mediation, notarial procedures), which are increasingly adapted to the opportunities provided by the online world.

In both criminal and administrative cases, there is a shift toward quicker and more “client-friendly” procedural methods. Attention! Often, you have the power to initiate that procedure, and it is certainly beneficial for you to do so.

Remembering deadlines, preparing submissions correctly, adhering to strict formal and substantive requirements, and understanding available remedies: do not struggle with these challenges on your own!

You can rely on my experience in civil law, administrative law, labor law, criminal law, and other non-litigation procedures.

Debt Management

Do I have to go to court right away if I have a claim against someone? Can a claim that is ten years old still be enforced on me legally? What should I do if I have received a payment order from a notary public?

I ensure that in any situation, you choose the most favourable, quickest, and most cost-effective path! It is not necessarily about enforcement, but perhaps a payment reminder is not the final step in the process either. Understand your rights and obligations regarding any claim, and feel free to contact me for reliable guidance today!

Insurance Law

One of the specialized areas in my practice is insurance law. Having experience on both the insurer's and the claimant’s side, I have personally navigated the intricacies and nuances of claims handling, including understanding the process, the responsibilities of experts, the parties' objections, the pitfalls of the procedure, and so on.

Where you can rely on my expertise for assertive representation of your interests:

  • Accurate interpretation of the terms of the insurance contract - is it worth suing or not?

  • Utilization of alternative dispute resolution methods (e.g., mediation) before initiating a lawsuit to ensure a swift and cost-effective claim process

  • Precise determination of the payable insurance amount

  • Full enforcement of legitimate claims, including taking the matter to the highest forum if necessary.

Whether you are dealing with personal or business-related insurance issues, my goal is to ensure you achieve the best possible outcome in insurance law matters!

Torts

Tort law is often closely related to personal injury and property damage cases, but it is important to recognize that not every case involves an insurer covering the damages on behalf of the liable party. Furthermore, it is crucial to understand that damages are not limited to physical damage to property, but also include a wide range of expenses, such as medical costs, bandages, lost time from work, towing fees, and rental vehicle expenses.

When personal harm is caused, it often directly calls for compensation. I am well-versed in the judicial practices concerning non-material damages (also known as pain and suffering compensation) and can assist you in securing appropriate compensation.
